The residency program includes accommodations, access to farm property for walks through the fields and around the ponds, and all utilities, including WiFi. The availability depends on scheduled retreats and other bookings and are booked in two- to four-week residencies. We welcome artists and writers individually or in groups of two to three.

Rates:

$200/week single resident
$120/week each for double occupancy
$100/week each for triple occupancy
